Odovzdávanie zdravotnej dokumentácie medzi poskytovateľmi zdravotnej starostlivosti

Cieľom článku je poukázať na úskalia odovzdávania zdravotnej starostlivosti medzi poskytovateľmi všeobecnej zdravotnej starostlivosti navzájom a hľadať riešenie situácie aj v oblasti práva, pokiaľ pri zmene poskytovateľa sa predchádzajúci poskytovateľ rozhodne novému zdravotnú dokumentáciu nevydať.
